These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudForge Sentinel, a service provided by CloudForge Team GmbH, Austria.
CloudForge Sentinel provides infrastructure governance, security scanning, and compliance evidence for cloud, container, and AI systems. The service consists of a web application, an API, and a downloadable agent.
To use the service, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate registration information.
You agree NOT to: - Use the service for illegal purposes - Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without authorization - Reverse engineer the service - Interfere with other customers' use of the service - Upload malicious content
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are ex VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. You can cancel at any time.
We aim for 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. We provide credits for downtime exceeding the SLA.
Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days.
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. For paid plans, our liability is limited to the annual fee paid.
We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for illegal use or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction: Feldkirch, Austria.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
