These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudForge Sentinel, a service provided by CloudForge Team, Austria.
CloudForge Sentinel provides infrastructure governance, security scanning, and compliance evidence for cloud, container, and AI systems. The service consists of a web application, an API, and a downloadable agent.
To use the service, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activities under your account. Mandatory MFA is required for all admin roles.
You agree NOT to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts - Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers - Reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law - Upload malicious code or content - Use the service to scan systems you do not own or have permission to scan
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with 30 days notice for the next billing period.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits for downtime are available per our SLA.
We perform daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you upload. We are not liable for data loss beyond our recovery capabilities.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. This limitation does not apply to intentional harm or gross negligence.
You may terminate at any time with 30 days notice. We may terminate with 30 days notice or immediately for cause (e.g., breach of these terms). Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Austrian law excluding UN-CISG. Jurisdiction for all disputes: Bezirksgericht Feldkirch, Vorarlberg, Austria. Consumers retain the protection of their home jurisdiction.
